Why RODIP?
DNF intends to create a Roster of Dalit Professionals and Intellectuals (RODPI) to bring all Dalit professionals and intellectuals having significant expertise on the following sectors. DNF intends to outsource various consultancy services of DNF's projects in near future and to use the CV for future vacancies within its Member organizations (MOs) and DNF Central's recruitment process.

The CVs of Dalit Intellectuals and professionals will remain in DNF RODIP databank for future reference to assign specific duties whenever available. Please note that submitting the C.V. to be listed in RODIP does neither guarantee job nor compels individuals for assignments.

Minimum qualification of professionals to be listed in RODIP

Academic Qualifications: Masters/PhD
Individuals with Bachelors degree and more than 10 years of work experience in the related field are also qualified to be listed in the roster

Work Experience: At least 3 Years in the related fields (for those with Masters/PhD)
