The Dalit NGO Federation (DNF) is a common platform of Nepalese NGOs working for the Dalit community upliftment with its member organization, DNF have launched the SAMANATA project jointly with Care-Nepal and funding from the European Commission for promoting the Madhesi Dalit Rights in the three western Tarai Districts kapilvastu, Nawalparasi , and Rupandehi .DNF invite qualified candidates to apply for following positions.

1. Communication and Documentation Officer -1 (Butawal)
Main responsibilies:-Prepare monthly bi-annual and annual reports of projects and submit them to Project Manager.Ttake responsibility to develop the communication strategy, mobilize local and national level media to disseminate DNF's activities.
Experience & Qualifications:-Bachelor degree in Social science or any other relevant subject, at least three years experience, knowledge of caste and diversity, Familiarity with existing laws and policies regarding caste diversity. Familiarity with media advocacy and knowledge of print and electronic media, Computer skills
2. Institutional capacity Building officer -1 (Butawal)
Main responsibilities;- Responsible for building capacities of Dalit NGOs, CBOs in the related project districts. Coordinate the district level line agencies. Planning and implement various training workshops and seminars, monitor & evaluate capacity building activities.
Experience & Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in Social science or any other relevant subject, at least three years experience in related field, depth knowledge of caste and diversity issues, facilitation skill of Training and workshops, Computer skills
